Executive-cum-Design Office
Dedicated Engineering office with an area of 2000 sq.ft. Our engineering team work in a dedicated space to ensure efficient delivery of products, facilitate raw materials, ensure discussion with packing suppliers to deliver custom solutions at our customers’ doorstep.
Phase I Plant
Plant (Phase I) spread over 100,000 sq. ft. Our manufacturing plant is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery to deliver high-quality products as per our client’s timelines and expectations.
Phase II Plant
Plant (Phase II) expandable up to 250,000 sq. ft. We are eager to collaborate with our clients to add in the necessary infrastructure to facilitate the development of customized products. We have ample space to expand our operations in the future, ensuring our ability to meet the growing needs of our clients.
Machine Shop
Machine shop equipped with Latest VMCs, CNCs, Lathes and Milling machines. Our machine shop is equipped with advanced technology, ensuring precision and quality.
Conventional Machines
Multiple Conventional Lathes and Milling machines for handling odd jobs: In addition to our advanced machinery, we also have conventional machines to handle any unique or specific needs.
Quality Control Facility
Complete inhouse quality control facility, We have a fully integrated quality control system to ensure that every product meets our high standards and exceeds customer expectations.
Warehouse
Warehouse to store finished parts. Our warehouse is designed to accommodate finished products, ensuring that they are safely stored and easily accessible for packaging and shipment.
Packaging and Dispatch Facility
Integrated packaging and dispatch facility in accordance with international standards. Our packaging and dispatch facility ensures that every product is properly packaged and delivered to the customer on time.
Quality Control Process
- Quality control, integrated within the product development stage by pre-defining potential casting defects, process parameters, and a detailed inspection plan, designed specifically for each job.
- Clearly defined preventative and corrective action plans for managing quality issues.
- Each component is tested as per the inspection plan at our in-house, fully-equipped testing facility.
